VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 30, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE: AGN) (FRANKFURT: AGW) (OTCQB: AGNPF) (the “Company” or “Algernon”) a clinical stage pharmaceutical development company is pleased to announced today that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA“), has approved a change in the Company’s stock symbol on the OTC Markets. Effective today, December 30, 2019, the Company’s common shares are expected to trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol “AGNPF”. The previous trading symbol was “BTHCF.”
