BetterLife Announces Trading Halt Following Merger with Altum
Vancouver, Aug. 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BetterLife Pharma Inc. (“BetterLife” or the “Company”) (CSE: BETR / OTCQB: BETRF / FRA: NPAT), an emerging biotechnology company, announced that trading of its ordinary shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange (“CSE”) and OTC Markets (United States) will remain temporarily halted in order to allow the Company to file its new listing statement following its merger announcement with Altum Pharmaceuticals on July 30, 2020.
The routine trading halt will continue until a new communication is released by the Company.Altum’s therapeutic pipeline consists of 3 products, including AP-003, a patent-pending interferon a2b (IFNa2b) inhalation formulation.
