Boeing Blanked in January

CBJ — For the first time in 57 years Boeing failed to book any monthly new airplane orders in January.
The last time the airline manufacturer was completely shutout was in 1962. It’s uncertain to what degree the problems with the 737 Max jet had in the dearth of sales.
Overall, 2019 resulted in Boeing’s worst year for sales orders. The company has also continued to push back its expectations for when the MAX will fly again, and whether there will be a complete rebranding or not.
The downturn has cost Boeing billions of dollars.
