Conifex and Hampton Announce BC Government Approval of Fort St

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Conifex Timber Inc. (“Conifex”) (TSX: CFF) and Hampton Lumber announced today that the Honourable Doug Donaldson, Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations, and Rural Development, has approved the sale of Conifex’s Fort St. James sawmill and associated forest license to Hampton Lumber.
