Country Hills Toyota Scion
The Country Hills Toyota Scion team knows what it takes to provide superior customer service. Dealer Principal Jim Jiwani is a veteran in the automotive business. He opened his first dealership, Mayfield Toyota Scion, in Edmonton, Alberta, in 1998. The 100,000 square foot facility includes spacious and comfortable showrooms for new and pre-owned Toyota and Scion vehicles and a service department with over 60 bays. Jiwani has chosen to consistently follow the Toyota philosophy of Kaizen – meaning to always improve oneself. He led the Mayfield Toyota Scion team with the belief of always putting the customer first. His commitment to his customers quickly brought him success. Since its inception, Mayfield Toyota Scion has repeatedly won the Consumers Choice Award for Import Automobile Dealerships in Edmonton and has consistently received Toyota’s “President Pride” awards. Under Jim Jiwani’s leadership, Mayfield Toyota Scion has been the largest Toyota dealer in Western Canada since 1998.
In 2004, Jiwani established Country Hills Toyota Scion in north Calgary, at the corner of Country Hills Boulevard and Deerfoot Trail. Country Hills Toyota Scion is Jiwani’s largest dealership, with facilities spanning over 155,000 square feet. It is currently the 4th largest volume Toyota dealership in Canada, and carries a tremendous number of new and used Toyota and Scion models on site. Country Hills Toyota Scion also includes a service and parts department with a newly constructed state-of-the-art Toyota Certified Collision Centre that repairs all makes and models.
Country Hills Toyota Scion is also home to Matrix Motorsports, Alberta’s premier automotive performance shop. Here, customers can accessorize their vehicles with nearly every after-market feature available. The selection of pre-owned vehicles matches nearly all tastes and price points, and represents one of the highest-volume used car departments in Calgary.
Again, success pushed Jiwani to expand his business. A few short years later in 2011, Jiwani opened South Pointe Toyota Scion to serve those living in Calgary’s southern areas. Initially a 95,000 square foot facility, they have recently expanded with the addition of a 40,000 square foot building designated for service and detail. Here, customers can receive the same great service and vehicle selection as at Country Hills Toyota Scion without needing to travel across the city.
In December 2012, Jiwani decided to offer Alberta residents even more choice in their vehicle purchases. Jiwani established Lexus South Pointe, his first exclusively luxury vehicle dealership, at the corner of Ellerslie Road SW and Gateway Boulevard in Edmonton, Alberta. The 51,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility features a 20-car showroom, a 15 vehicle display tower, an indoor delivery centre, 21 service bays, and six service drive-thru lanes. Lexus South Pointe also includes unique additions to enhance each customer’s automotive experience, such as an outdoor patio, bistro, mini-spa, and golf simulator.
