EarthRenew Grants Stock Options
TORONTO, June 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — EarthRenew Inc. (“EarthRenew” or the “Company”) (CSE: ERTH) has granted a total of 3,500,000 stock options to certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan. The stock options vest immediately and may be exercised to acquire an equal number of common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.11 per option for a period of five years from the date of grant.
