Fronsac Announces the Closing of a Previously Announced Five Property Grocery Store Portfolio

MONTREAL, Dec. 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (TSX-V: FRO.UN) Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT” or “Fronsac”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of five grocery store properties leased to affiliated brands of Loblaws™ located in Beauport, QC, Roberval, QC, Sydney, NS, New Glasgow, NS, and Kirkland Lake, ON.
The properties are comprised of five grocery stores, aggregating approximately 246,000 square feet of gross leasable area.
