George Media commits to auditing by adding International Resource Journal to BPA
The International Resource Journal, hosted at www.irjonline.com, has become the second web-only magazine produced by George Media to apply for CCAB/BPA Worldwide Interactive membership, following in the footsteps of its sister publication website, The Canadian Business Journal.
The BPA Interactive tool, utilizing Nielsen Online’s tagging technology, will measure The International Resource Journal’s core metrics, including page impressions, unique browsers, user sessions, unique browser frequency, user session duration, page duration and an executive summary of the above.
"Following on The Canadian Business Journal becoming the first Canadian magazine website to successfully apply for, and implement, BPA Interactive’s website audit, we took the initiative to increase transparency for The International Resource Journal and all other additional planned titles,” said Sara Kopamees, Editor in Chief of George Media Inc. “Advertisers are very eager to receive the audited web traffic data for The Canadian Business Journal. They appreciate our strong stance and commitment to transparency.”
"We are pleased that George Media has decided to add The International Resource Journal to our BPA Interactive membership program,” said CCAB Vice President, M. Timothy Peel. “George Media is a great supporter of audited media in the online world and we applaud their dedication in providing this data to their distinguished advertisers.”
