GM Sales Up Nearly 5%

CBJ — The fourth quarter of 2020 saw General Motors increase its auto sales by nearly 5%.
Total sales came in at more than 771,300 from about 736,000 in the same quarter of 2019.
While many millions of people in North America have been negatively impacted financially by the ongoing global pandemic, those not financially impacted have continued to purchase large upscale vehicles with more amenities. Once again it seems as if the old saying “the rich get richer” remains apropos.
Based partially on the strong sales figures, shares of GM have gone up nearly 2% to more than $41USD per share.
