Hub Int’l Acquires Division of Morneau Shepell

CBJ — Hub International is acquiring the benefits consulting division of Toronto-based Morneau Shepell. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Morneau Shepell’s benefits consulting practice provides specialized solutions for each individual client that best suits their needs.

The acquisition by Hub expands its strategic benefits solutions to an already impressive list of established solutions.

With headquarters in Chicago, Hub is the largest P&C broker in Canada with more than 130,000 corporate clients.  The company provides full-service insurance broker providing property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
