IFIC Monthly Investment Fund Statistics – September 2020

TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) today announced investment fund net sales and net assets for September 2020.
Mutual fund assets totalled $1.67 trillion at the end of September 2020. Assets decreased by $3.7 billion or 0.2% compared to August 2020. Mutual funds recorded net redemptions of $33 million in September 2020.ETF assets totalled $234.6 billion at the end of September 2020. Assets decreased by $2.5 billion or 1.1% compared to August 2020.
