Jura Announces Commencement of Drilling in Zarghun South Lease
CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jura Energy Corporation (“Jura”) announced today that drilling of the Zarghun South-4 development well has commenced in the Zarghun South Development and Production Lease (“Zarghun South Lease”). The projected measured depth of the well is 2070 meters, which will target the Dunghan Limestone Formation of Paleocene age.
The Zarghun South Lease covers an area of 124.22 square kilometers in the western part of the Sulaiman Fold and Thrust Belt of the Middle Indus Basin.
