(TSXV: MGR, OTCQB: MGLQF) (“Magna” or the “Corporation“) and its Board of Directors are pleased to provide this press release to update the progress at its Mercedes property in the State of Sonora, Mexico.  This press release will provide an update on work on four areas: La Lamosa, Mina de Oro, Salto Colorado, and La Cueva/Noche Buena.  The company has received assays from field work that will be disclosed and explained for their importance.
Geologic work at Mercedes has been a team effort of Magna geologists who have conducted geologic mapping over an area of 4 square kilometers, collected over 1300 rock samples, and managed the recently completed successful reverse circulation drilling program.The team at Magna, which has extensive experience in mineral exploration in the State of Sonora, Mexico, includes Arturo Bonillas and Miguel Soto, who were key personnel in the development of the San Francisco Mine by Alio Gold Inc.
