Montage Gold Corp. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering and Files Final Prospectus

(“Montage” or the “Company”) today announced that it has obtained a receipt for its final prospectus filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, except Québec, in connection with its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 27,272,728 common shares at a price of $1.10 per share (the “Offering Price”) for gross proceeds of $30,000,001.
