NON-GAAP MEASURES
This press release uses the following non-GAAP measures: net asset value (“NAV”) per Unit. Northview believes this non-GAAP financial measure provides useful information to both management and investors in valuing Northview. NAV is a supplemental measure widely used in the real estate industry. Various methodologies are used by third party analysts to determine their assessment of NAV.
NAV per Unit does not have a standard meaning prescribed by GAAP and therefore may not be comparable to similarly titled measures presented by other publicly traded companies, and should not be construed as an alternative to other financial measures determined in accordance with GAAP. More information regarding non-GAAP measures and a reconciliation of each to the nearest IFRS financial measure is available in Northview’s most recent management’s discussion and analysis filed on SEDAR www.sedar.com.CAUTIONARY AND FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS
