NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Surgery Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), a leading healthcare services company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 14,285,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. The underwriters have also been granted an option to purchase up to 2,142,750 secondary shares from certain of the Company’s stockholders at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “SGRY” on October 1, 2015.
