Tauriga Sciences, Inc. Fully Repays $45,000 8% Face Value Convertible Debenture Issued to GS Capital Partners, LLC for One Time Cash Payment of $61,664.79
NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – Dec 1, 2017) – Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (OTC PINK: TAUG) (“Tauriga” or the “Company”), engaged in building of businesses in the life sciences space, today announced that is has fully repaid and retired a $45,000 Face Value 8.00% convertible debenture held by GS Capital Partners, LLC (“GS Capital”). This convertible debenture, which was issued by the Company on May 30, 2017, has been fully repaid for a one-time cash payment of $61,664.79 USD. Accordingly, this debt has been removed from the Company’s balance sheet.
Significant efforts will be continually made by the Company, moving forward, to retire the remaining tranches of its existing convertible debt.
Tauriga’s Chief Executive Officer, Seth M. Shaw, expressed, “The Company is working diligently to reduce potential future share dilution and is pleased to have repaid this convertible debenture for this one-time cash payment.
