Troilus Closes $25 Million Bought Deal Financing

(TSX:TLG; OTCQB:CHXMF) (“Troilus” or the “Company”) announces that it has closed its previously announced bought deal financing (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the Offering, Troilus issued 24,150,000 units of the Company (the “Units”), including 3,150,000 Units issued in connection with the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the Underwriters (as defined below) in connection with the Offering, at a price of $1.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately $25.36 million. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Common Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire, subject to adjustment in certain circumstances, one Common Share at a price of $1.50 until June 23, 2022.The Offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters, co-led by Cormark Securities Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. and Stifel GMP, and including Haywood Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Red Cloud Securities Inc.
