WPT Industrial REIT Announces Full Exercise of the Over-Allotment Option of Bought Deal Financing

TORONTO, Nov. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:WIR.U) (OTCQX: WPTIF) (the “REIT”) announced today that in connection with its recently completed public offering of 6,160,000 trust units (“Units”) of the REIT at a price of US$13.80 per Unit through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Desjardins Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets, on a bought deal basis, the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 924,000 Units was exercised in full, generating additional gross proceeds to the REIT of approximately US$12,751,200 (the “Over-Allotment Option”).
