Across 11 joint ventures, two wholly owned companies, and majority ownership in several private enterprises, the Group delivers a wide range of industrial services, including engineering, heavy civil construction, fabrication, surveying, logistics, commissioning, crane and transportation services, and long-term maintenance. Individually, these businesses are well established. Increasingly, they are being integrated. “We have a full-cycle service offering— from engineering all the way through to maintenance,” Epp says. “What we’re doing now is bringing that together as one solution.” The move toward integrated delivery allows the Group to self-perform more work, reduce complexity for clients, and gain tighter control over scheduling and logistics. “As the market tightens, efficiency becomes critical. Being able to control more of the work internally makes a real difference.” For operators managing large, multi-year assets, that approach offers fewer interfaces, greater predictability, and improved execution certainty.
